Having the opportunity to work at Zembula as a college intern and first job out of school is an experience I'll always be grateful for. Being a designer at a startup not only meant making design decisions, but also gave me opportunities to help make business decisions and present my own ideas and opinions. I worked on every piece that needed design, such as internal and client campaigns, white papers, email designs, landing pages, decks, presentations, to finally the brand itself. We rebranded and renamed the company from Scratch-it to Zembula in early 2016, which not only meant designing a new brand, but also meant updating and transferring all existing materials to the new brand. Shortly after the brand launched, I got to completely redesign the platform UX & UI to make room for layers of new features and capabilities.
